Over the next ten years, the More Trains, More Services program will roll out world class technology to transform the rail network and provide customers with more reliable, high capacity turn up and go services.
Over the next ten years, the More Trains, More Services program will roll out world class technology to transform the rail network and provide customers with more reliable, high capacity turn up and go services.More than $4.3 billion is being invested in the More Trains, More Services program, which has already delivered more than 1700 additional weekly services across the rail network since 2017.
Engagement Detail
VICTOREM have been engaged to support TfNSW on More Trains More Services Programs 2, 3 & 4. Our requirement is to provide risk management services at the program level while still providing support and guidance at the project level too. In addition, we are also supporting Kiama to Bomaderry program which is an enabling project for the Fast Rail program.
Our service requirements include but not limited to:
- Risk Workshops
- Risk Reviews Quantitative
- Risk Assessments
- Risk Documentation (e.g. Risk Management Plans)
- Risk Reporting
- Updating the Risk Management Information System
- Working closely with other function in the programs, the appointed TA and key stakeholders such as Sydney Trains
- Supporting the increase of Risk Maturity through ongoing risk awareness and training
