Managing Director & Risk Management Lead

Colin is a highly dedicated risk professional with over 25 years’ experience in Corporate, Program and Project roles. This experience covers a multitude of industry sectors including, Transportation (Rail), Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Mining, Nuclear, Defence, Utilities and Aerospace.

Colin’s knowledge, understanding and ability covers a variety of management disciplines across the full program and project life-cycle, ensuring he is a valued member of any team. Colin has an excellent work ethic, and a delivery focused mind-set, working with a 'can do' positive attitude, empowering others to reach goals and deliverables.

Colin has the ability and demeanour to communicate with all levels of a team or organisation to ensure success. He has held roles in both Australia and the UK and worked globally with many cultures in his career.


Tuan Hoang

Systems & Safety Assurance Lead

Tuan has over 16 years’ experience as a designer, systems engineering and safety assurance leader for multidisciplinary engineering projects. He has strong technical and engineering process skills, the ability to tailor systems engineering processes to suit client requirements and good interpersonal skills, fitting quickly into new teams and facilitating communication between colleagues of different backgrounds, disciplines and communication styles.

Tuan's most recent achievement includes leading the delivery of the Systems and Safety Assurance activities for the Sydney Light Rail, Sydney Metro and New Intercity Fleet projects.

Mark Platt

Quality & Risk Manager

Mark is an excellent delivery focused project professional with a breadth and depth of capabilities and experience on large budgeted programs of work. His experience covers PMO Quality Management and Project Risk Management. Mark also has extensive experience in systems audit, IT technical delivery and Mechanical and Electrical engineering.

Mark's disciplined work ethic allows him to engage constructively with delivery teams to add value and assure project outcomes.

Mark is able to engage with business and program stakeholders to manage their expectations and build confidence in strategic program objectives. His recent engagements have seen him successfully manage large scale programs for Sydney Water & TfNSW.

Christopher Simpson

Program & Project Management Lead

Chris is a veteran of major project delivery having worked on some of the biggest and best projects up and down Australia over many years. His practical hands on experience in Construction Management roles ensures he has the understanding and knowledge that is essential for delivery of major infrastructure works. Chris has recently completed work on an iconic Australian Oil & Gas project. He also has accumulated vast experience in transportation, mining & utilities.

Chris communications skills serve him and our clients well. His management of key stakeholders and interfaces during the delivery phase are second to none and provide great value in ensuring key milestones are achieved. In addition to Christopher's wealth of practical experience, he is also highly educated and holds a Master in Project Management.

Kannan Vinasithamby

Project Services, Contract Management & Claims Lead

Kannan is an experienced Principal with a demonstrated history of working in a number of industry sectors, specialising in the construction industry. Kannan has over 20 years of experience where he has worked and gathered a high level of knowledge and skills in the areas of Project Controls, Project Services, Contract Management & Claims, Quantity Surveying and Tax Depreciation.

Kannan has obtained many academic qualifications throughout his career. Educated to MBA level and a member of the Royal Institutions of Chartered Surveyors, combined with his years of practical working experience, some of which has been in mega-projects ensures that Kannan is an asset to have in any team.
Pat Giltrap

Pat Giltrap

Environmental & Sustainability Lead

Pat is a specialist in Environmental Management and Environmental Impact Assessment. He has over 18 year experience, much of which was spent on major projects. Pat's experience as an Environmental Manager, Advisor and Consultant across a multitude of industry sectors including oil and gas, mining, civil and state government sectors ensures he has a high degree of competency, knowledge and understanding within the disciplines of Environmental & Sustainability mangement.

Pat has a BSc in Earth Sciences and is currently in the progress of completing a Master of Environmental Engineering. A member in many of the Environmental Institutes and associations, he is also a Infrastructure Sustainability Accredited Professional by Infrastructure Sustainability Council of Australia.
