Through their Commercial acumen, our team will drive performance and profitability in your Programs and Projects across all stages of the Project lifecycle, from business cases and feasibility studies, through to the detailed design and engineering, procurement, delivery and handover stages to operational support.

The team can assist with Delivery Model/Procurement Strategy analysis and selection in conjunction with the appropriate Commercial risk appetite and tolerance of the organisation, program and project.

We can lead procurement activities ranging from market sounding, preparation and issue of Expression of Interest (EOI), Request for Tender (RFT), Request for Price (RFP) documentation, tender evaluation, negotiation and recommendation, contract award and execution.

Throughout the tender process we can use our expertise to provide advice on head contract terms and conditions and assist with the preparation of contractual and commercial departures, as well as providing advice on commercial team structure and responsibilities based on the complexity and the requirements.

Our team can also support with contract administration for various forms of complex contracts, examples being Lump Sum, Incentivised Target Cost and Cost Reimbursable contract mechanisms to deliver Professional Services, Construct Only and Design & Construct projects.

In the downstream environment we can assist with the management of sub-consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers, covering all aspects and requirements under the relevant Australian legislation.
